LeakedChicks is a SEARCH ENGINE and DIRECTORY service. We DO NOT host, store, upload, or distribute any content files. We only index and provide links to content that is publicly available on third-party platforms.
We operate similarly to Google, Bing, or other search engines. All content is hosted by external websites and platforms that we have no control over.
1. Our DMCA Compliance
LeakedChicks respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
If you believe that content linked on our Site infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure outlined below.
2. What We Can Do
✅ We CAN:
- Remove links to allegedly infringing content from our directory
- Delist pages that index infringing content from our search results
- Block specific URLs from appearing in our directory
- Remove model profiles or video listings that link to infringing content
❌ We CANNOT:
- Delete files from third-party websites (we don't host them)
- Remove content from external platforms
- Control what third-party websites do with their content
- Access files stored on external servers
Important: To have content completely removed from the internet, you must contact the website(s) actually hosting the files. We can only remove links to that content from our directory.
3. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content linked on LeakedChicks infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our DMCA Agent with the following information:
1. Identification of the copyrighted work:
Describe the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or provide a representative list if multiple works are involved.
2. Identification of the infringing material:
Provide the specific URL(s) on our Site that link to the allegedly infringing content. Be as specific as possible.
3. Your contact information:
Include your name, address, phone number, and email address.
4. Statement of good faith belief:
"I have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
5. Statement of accuracy:
"The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner."
6. Your physical or electronic signature:
Sign the notice (physical or electronic signature).

Please allow 2-5 business days for processing. We will review all valid DMCA notices and take appropriate action.
5. What Happens After You File
- Review: We will review your DMCA notice to ensure it contains all required information.
- Action: If valid, we will remove the link(s) to the allegedly infringing content from our directory within 2-5 business days.
- Notification: We will send a confirmation email once the link(s) have been removed.
- Counter-Notice: The user who submitted the link may file a counter-notification under DMCA provisions.
6. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notice must include:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Consent to jurisdiction of federal court in your district
- Your physical or electronic signature
7. Repeat Infringer Policy
We will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material. We maintain records of DMCA notices and may ban users or block content sources that repeatedly violate copyright laws.
8. False Claims Warning
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Do not make false claims.
9. Contacting Content Hosts
Remember, we only index links. To remove the actual files, you must contact the hosting platform. Common hosting platforms include:
- OnlyFans - support@onlyfans.com
- Patreon - Check their DMCA page
- File sharing sites - Each has their own DMCA process
We are not affiliated with any of these platforms and cannot submit DMCA notices on your behalf.
